If you like mangos—get in the car. If you think this is a mango—GET OUT. If you want to grow this juicy 3” beautiful yellow round with creamy white flesh melon—get back in the car. Not your traditional sweet dessert melon like our Hearts of Gold cantaloupe—these little wannabee mango melons are best used as jams, marmalade’s, pickled, or more specifically pies. So, if you want to turn some heads and pivot eyes—try slicing these prolific yield-ers as your pie filling.

85-90 days from direct seeding. Can be started a month before last frost indoors—just make sure to have strong lighting so plants don’t become lanky—but we prefer direct seeding. -Plant two seeds in area with full sun, 1’ a part and pinch down to one seedling - Germinates in 10-14 days. —Water in deeply and every other day once plant has been established—scratch in organic fertilizers like bat guano or liquid fertilizer like fish emulsion every week—if possible for accelerated growth. - Plants can be grown on trellising or letting it sprawl on the ground—just make sure to grow in areas that will allow pollination of male and female plants for maximum yield—such as areas with wind and insects.
