The bad boys grow over 6 feet tall with about 4-6 cobs per plant and produce beautiful shinny black/indigo kernels are perfect for drying and grinding into blue flour and make you wonder why IHOP isn’t jumping on this aesthetics.
Better yet use this blue corn (dried and smashed) for a pie crust and use purple yams (look up the difference between yam and sweet potato if you want a headache) for the filling to get a purp on purp dish to impress the vegans. Minimum 25 seeds.
