Pop Pop Pop. This is one of SDF’s bold statements of the 21st century. Groundcherries taste like popcorn. We didn’t know what these were until a couple of years ago, but there cherry tomato size (not a tomato) fruits with paper skin like a tomatillo (not a tomatillo) are bright yellow and has a unique sweet flavor that tastes like a kettle corn plumper version of Regal Cinemas’ (RIP) popcorn, IMO.

These seeds are small (poppy seed size) but grow into a prolific creeping ground cover that produces steadily throughout the year. If you can’t get our seeds try to get a plant at your local nursery or some fruit at Sprouts/Whole Foods/or DM us. Minimum 25 seeds.
