Blue Hubbard Squash "Blue Ballet" Seeds
Blue Hubbard Squash "Blue Ballet" Seeds
In a perfect world me and the puggle would like to admit, we would love to be judges for vegetables at the State Fair and trust us, we’d cast the blue hubbard as the tastiest winter squash. Larger than the acorn, rounder than the butternut, sweeter than the spaghetti, these delicious beauties reaches the weight of 15-20 pounds, with a bumpy light blue/green rind, and vibrant yellow flesh. Set the oven at 420F, drizzle some EVO, and bake for about 1 hour when flesh is able to scoop like butter—and make delicious soup, side to rice, dish for ice cream, or even a prized pie.
