These ABQ saved arugula seeds (Shout out to Farm Shark in the South Valley) are quick to germinate in 4-5 days, ready to harvest young leaves in a little over a month. Plant in early spring or fall in a partly shady area for growing year round. Too much heat can cause it to bolt.

Plant seeds 1/4” deep spaced 1/2” apart (does not need to be perfect - closer works too). Cut outer leaves when 3-4” long (a cutback works to the base works to) and enjoy with or without ranch. Be great.
